Will the information be shared?
The information we have collected will be shared within METIS Search LTD where necessary so that you may receive the relevant recruitment services. Details will be shared with clients/employers where an application for that job vacancy has been made. METIS Search LTD uses a cloud based systems for processing data, these systems may hold customer information in the UK and Europe in secure data centres. To ensure users information is safe, access to these systems is restricted to authorised personnel only.
When personal data is transmitted to a client/employer we will gain your prior consent. We may also pass on your personal data if we are legally obliged to do so.
Use of Cookies
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your hard drive. The cookie helps analyse web traffic and allows us to offer a better website service, you can choose to decline cookies or turn them off by default setting in browser, switching off cookies will restrict your use of our website.
How do you control your data?
You have the right at any time to ask us for a copy of the information supplied by you that we hold. If you would like to make a request for information, please contact info@metis-search.com, a small administration fee will be payable. You have the right to ask METIS Search LTD to stop using your information, amend it or erase it.
How long will data be retained?
MetisSearch LTD will retain data for 8 years. Retained data is reviewed every 6 months to establish its age and when data is no longer required or has reached its maximum time limit, it will be appropriately deleted. If you believe we are in possession of personal data that you wish us to delete then please contact our Data Protection Officer at info@metis-search.com.
